A Vision Developed Over Time

My fashion photography doesn’t begin on set, but long before.
It stems from how I observe, what I choose to keep, and
what I decide to leave out. Today, my work focuses on fashion
and editorial photography, built on a solid vision and
a minimalist visual language.

Who is Riccardo

I’m Riccardo, a fashion photographer based between Lecco and Milan. I work with brands and professionals who know where they want to go and are looking for a photographer who listens before taking the shot. I specialise in fashion projects, editorial work, and professional portraits, creating images designed for contemporary communication and brand positioning.

WHERE MY VISION
COMES FROM

Before I got into fashion, I spent years traveling and photographing whatever I came across.

Reportage, street photography, unfamiliar faces, empty spaces.

It was in this context that I learned:

• to read the light;
• to build the composition;
• to find balance;
• to eliminate the superfluous;

This approach is now an integral part of my fashion photography and forms its visual foundation.

VISION

My goal is to create images that stand the test of time. Photographs that endure, capable of capturing who you truly are, beyond fleeting trends.

TRAVEL AS A VISUAL PROCESS

I have never traveled to collect destinations or search for the perfect photo.
Every journey has been a training of the gaze: observing how light changes,
how people move, what an empty space reveals. It is an ongoing process
that I now bring to every photographic project.

These are the most instinctive images: shots taken without a brief, without styling, without filters. People I met by chance, places that caught my eye, atmospheres that deserved to be captured. This is the source of the visual language I bring to my fashion and editorial work today.
